1. Booking & Confirmation

Corporate and group bookings are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or a submitted quotation request once route, dates, vehicle and fare are agreed. A booking is final once the fleet plan and driver details are shared with the customer.

2. Fare & Billing

Fares are based on the per-km rate and driver bata applicable to the chosen vehicle, quoted at booking. Tolls, parking and interstate permits are billed separately at actuals. One-way outstation trips carry a minimum of 130 km/day.

3. Corporate Accounts

Monthly and recurring corporate accounts are governed by the specific terms agreed at account setup, including billing cycle and route commitments, in addition to these general terms.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and drivers with respect. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or prohibited items inside vehicles are not permitted.

5. Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, we provide a substitute of equal or higher category at no extra cost, with prior notice wherever possible.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure safe travel but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
